More horror stories...

Anita had to cancel out on lunch today, so I of course, dragged myself back to the phone company. It just bugs me how inefficient that place is! There are 14 counters with 6 people working, each taking at least 15 minutes to help each customer, and that doesn't include the lag time in between. Where was Felix when I needed him?!

I think what gets me the most is seeing the other 4 staffers lounging around behind the counters, while there are tons of customers waiting to be served. If you're taking a lunch break that's fine but can you please do it elsewhere? I am BusY and I'd like to see that you CarE that I am. Thank you. It's a miracle that I finally got my phone line terminated.

May I never have to go to that place again.

Afternoon delights...

I'm spending the evening on operating expenses for .COM, that which I hate doing. Partly because I've looked at this so many times already, partly because I am uncomfortable working with numbers in general, but mostly because these in particular are a bunch of BS. HELP. I just need to finish this off so that I can pass it on to my accountant who will reflect my excel spreadsheets into "real" financial statements. Today's the last day I'm going to focus on this, as I've done all that I can possibly do outside of throwing it out the WINDOW.
